Powder breakthrough?
When I set my foundation with powder, I usually apply it all over. After reading something on model mayhem and some other article about powdering, today I tried just setting where I need to (oily areas, under eyes), and by golly, the difference! I don’t usually use heaps of powder anyway, but I didn’t powder my cheeks at all today, and cause my foundation sets so nicely it looks...
